Healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone. I create a brave, supportive space to help you heal and grow. We’ll work together to process trauma, soothe anxiety, lift depression, and improve relationships, allowing you to reconnect with yourself and those who matter most. Together, we’ll untangle feelings of stuckness or pain in a way that leads to relief, clarity, and more fulfilling connections in your life.
My Approach to Helping
Our work together focuses on creating meaningful change from the inside out. My approach is guided by advanced training in AEDP, the evidence based practice that integrates talk therapy, somatic and experiential approaches, parts work, psychodynamic theory, and emotional processing to leverage positive neuroplasticity, the healing capacity of the mind. This approach helps us to access deeper layers of healing that talking alone sometimes can’t reach. We’ll work together to process feelings and experiences as they arise, helping you tap into your innate capacity for healing and growth. My goal for our work together is for you to have lasting relief, to feel better in ways that will stick.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My practice is also rooted in decolonizing and anti-oppressive principles, because I value the importance of understanding the impact of systemic issues on mental health and wellness. I’m here to support all parts of you—mind, body, and spirit—as we navigate your journey toward healing.
