My Background and Approach
I typically utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach during my sessions, while remaining empathetic toward my clients. It is my goal to help individuals, couples, and teens find their strengths to process and grow in their unique stage of life. My own strengths lie in parenting, couples counseling, abuse, stress, and anxiety. I believe that you should trust your therapist and it is my ultimate goal to create a safe environment for you to open up and talk about anything that’s on your mind.
