Pregnancy and parenthood are a complex and challenging time. You may find yourself overwhelmed by feelings and experiences that are interfering with your ability to live life as you would like. Some of these feelings and experiences may be new to you, while others are old feelings and struggles that have returned in a new light. Asking for help can be hard, but your feelings are valid, and you deserve support. I offer a place for you to feel heard, respected, and understood.

My practice is grounded in the belief that just as your feelings and experiences are unique, the help you receive should be too. My approach to counseling is collaborative, and we’ll work together to create goals centered around your needs and what feels manageable to you at this time. I’m passionate about supporting my clients through all aspects of their pregnancy and parenthood story, whatever it may be. Whether you’re looking to explore issues related to your changing identity and relationships, have experienced loss, are struggling to find balance, or are looking to regain a sense of self, I would love to help. Caring for yourself and your relationships is an important step in allowing yourself to experience and manage all your feelings, whether those of joy, fear, hope, anger, or sadness. Your feelings are real and nothing to be ashamed of.
