About My Clients
Neurodivergents, and those with sensitive nervous systems are among the populations I love working with. An a highly sensitive person (HSP), and adoptee, I can relate with those who may have experienced this grief and trauma often surrounding that. Through Brainspotting, Nuerofeedback, CBT, and some integrated approaches, I’m excited to begin working at this practice and help others through these various modalities.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone should have a safe, comfortable space where they are free to be themselves, and I hope through my gentle approach and practice, can always provide these.
