As a licensed mental health professional with six years of dedicated experience, I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, CPTSD, trauma, and other challenges that impact their mental health and quality of life. I hold advanced training in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, somatic techniques, play-guided support, and solution-focused brief therapy. Each approach is carefully chosen to fit the unique needs of every individual or family I work with, allowing for personalized and effective support. I am involved in local initiatives focused on mental health awareness and suicide prevention and work to destigmatize mental health challenges, especially in marginalized communities. I'm also passionate about holistic wellness, including engaging in activities supporting mental, physical, and emotional health, like yoga, mindfulness, and spending time outdoors. My experiences with mental health and healing have greatly influenced my work. They’ve given me deep empathy and insight, allowing me to relate to clients to clients authentically. I know how transformative therapy can be to most people.
