My Background and Approach
By attuning and tending to our own individual inner landscape, we can create the capacity to extend our gifts into the collective. My therapeutic approach is rooted in talk therapy accompanied by other holistic exercises aimed to focus on the symbols, metaphors, and stories of your life. These include guided meditations and visualizations, interactive sandplay, and dream analysis.
