Let's be real... Life is hard, but it is even more challenging when you have anxiety, depression, stress, or past trauma weighing you down. I provide a safe and inclusive space where we can be real together, and process all of the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that may arise in your daily life. It won't always be pretty, but that is when the healing begins to occur.
My Background and Approach
I use an eclectic combination of, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, somatic techniques, mindfulness based stress reduction, mind body connections, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Together we can explore your behaviors and gain a better understanding of their purpose and come up with realistic changes to help you live your best life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a strong passion for helping my clients gain an understanding of themselves by looking into their past traumas or moments of feeling stuck. These experiences may have shaped daily behaviors in ways they are not aware of. I believe that by processing those experiences, one can begin to make meaningful and lasting changes to help improve the quality of one’s life. With the use of evidence based practices, I can help to facilitate positive healing and growth.
