About My Clients
My clients are typically feeling stressed, anxious, depressed and want to feel better, but don't know how to do so on their own. My clients are also motivated to make changes, but might just feel stuck in a rut or unable to get out of some unhealthy patterns or problems. I work collaboratively with my clients to get them back on track, so they can enjoy their lives again and feel happy doing what they love.
My Background and Approach
I work from a cognitive behavioral approach, which focuses on changing thinking and behavior patterns to help people feel better. Our thoughts, feelings and behavior are all interconnected, so if we effect a change in one area, it will serve like a domino effect to the other two areas. I use evidence-based strategies and techniques that are clinically proven to help people with issues like anxiety and depression. You don't have to keep feeling sad, alone, scared, panicky or overwhelmed. I'm here to help and together, we can get you back to feeling good again and enjoying life.
