About My Clients
Few things are harder than struggling alone. As humans, we crave connection: to be seen and deeply loved. But relational wounds or the residue of past trauma can sometimes make us feel we’re unloveable or unacceptable. We yearn for more in our relationships. To have meaningful connections with ourselves. We want to live with more ease but feel stuck by our pain. Deep emotional wounds need nurturing. And finding a therapist who is attuned, engaged & compassionate, will help you feel accompanied.

Our work will be based on the relationship that we form. One that is deep and trusting. We’ll use gentleness & acceptance to make room for your deepest needs. Together we'll create a space where you feel supported, safe, & able to shine light on the places you may not have been allowed to explore before. You'll tap into your resilience & experience healing. Your journey towards healing begins with acknowledging your struggles & understanding that you deserve support & compassion. Together, we'll embark on a path toward healing, hope, & renewed well-being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Each of us is born with a natural drive toward connection, security, and stability. I believe that many mental health symptoms arise as a result of experiencing tremendous aloneness in the face of unbearable emotions.
