I enjoy supporting clients that are struggling with finding healthy, strong connections in relationships. I serve individuals and couples focusing on depression, anxiety. trauma/PTSD and relational issues that may be affecting you. My Background and Approach
My approach with clients is collaborative, I see myself as your supporter in your healing journey. Using a Cognitive Behavioral approach, Gottman Couples Therapy Method and EMDR, I draw from all to support your needs and helping you reach your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that change is possible if one desires it. Using your strengths to help support meeting what you need to improve in the areas you desire. My role is one of guide and support not the decision maker. My hope is that through the process you are able to find the answers you seek.
