About My Clients
I work with adults who are looking to get more in touch with their inner sense of vitality. If depression, anxiety, grief, PTSD, or other mental health concerns are pulling you away from the people or activities that most bring you to life, we will work together on discovering how you can reconnect and live more fully.
My Background and Approach
Michael offers his receptive and compassionate presence to create a space in which his clients can clarify their own goals. He uses methods that match the client’s goals, such as practicing mindfulness, developing insight, and using cognitive-behavioral interventions. Michael helps clients to understand the patterns that got them to where they are now and to take action to blaze a better trail going forward.
