I have over a decade of experience as an intensive in-community counselor in NJ, holding a Master's degree in School Counseling from Liberty University and a Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Counseling from Regent University. My approach is relaxed and collaborative, focusing on building strong rapport to effectively tackle challenges. I predominantly employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while integrating Behaviorism Theory, Attachment Theory, and Existential & Reality Therapy, aiming to utilize the most effective methods for positive client outcomes.
