About My Clients
My clients often feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, trauma, or relationship struggles. Many are survivors of narcissistic abuse, navigating complex relationships, or working through life transitions. I work with adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and nontraditional relationships, offering a space that is affirming, trauma-informed, and practical. If you’re ready to deepen self-trust, heal past wounds, and create meaningful change, I’d love to support you.
My Background and Approach
The tools I offer are ones I’ve refined throughout my career, helping people just like you find relief, clarity, and connection. My goal is for you to walk away with different strategies you can use anytime—discreet, effective techniques that help you feel grounded no matter where you are. I take a relational, somatic, and solution-focused approach, helping you regain control over your emotions, body, and relationships. We’ll start by addressing what’s happening in the moment—whether it’s anxiety, trauma responses, or relationship distress—and work toward building long-term resilience. For almost a decade, I’ve specialized in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and relationship dynamics. My advanced training in EMDR, Polyvagal Theory, and the Gottman Method allows me to integrate both practical tools and deeper healing work. You’ll gain insight into how your brain and body respond to distress—and more importantly, how to shift those patterns to feel safe and conne
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationships—through self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and reconnecting with what truly matters. Deep change is possible when we befriend the parts that helped us survive, examine past lessons, and stay curious about whether they still serve us. Trauma recovery is about unlearning patterns, expanding your capacity for life, and reconnecting with yourself beyond survival mode. I’m actively involved in groups fighting harmful policies targeting the LGBTQIA+ community, especially protecting trans lives and safety. My values shape my work, helping clients explore how systems impact their well-being—what serves them, what harms them, and where they can choose to divest. Outside of therapy, you can find me playing with my dog and cat, getting lost in a good novel, or trying out a new creative hobby (even if I’m not great at it—I love learning!). I also enjoy spending time in nature with my partner and my dog.
