My Background and Approach
I grew up on a horse farm in Ohio. After high school, I went on to receive my B.A in Psychology at Notre Dame College, in Cleveland, Ohio. I have since moved from Ohio to the Pacific North West and obtained my Masters's in Marriage and Family Therapy form Seattle University. I am now the owner of Evolving Journey, PLLC, located in Washington State.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone goes through different struggles throughout their lifetime, and those struggles can make us healthy even though, at the moment, they may make us feel powerless. When those struggles do arise, we tend to look for someone for support; rather, it be from a friend, family, partner, or therapist. It can be amazing to have that support, and sometimes your can want a different way of support. As a therapist, I am here to listen to your struggles and help you take on the challenge. I look towards theories that empower the individuals, teens, or family to make it through to find the light at the end of the tunnel. If you want to see if we are a good fit, book me below for a free 15 min consultation. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.
