About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and families to address a variety of issues, including daily stress, family issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I help my clients decrease life stressors, balance life and work, and gain a sense of clarity. I enjoy helping people overcome their trauma and take their life back.
My Background and Approach
When working with clients I take a person centered approach. You are the expert on your life and I work with you to guide you to a place of healing. I help you gain your power back and make sense of your life again. I use EMDR and cognitive behavioral techniques with a nurturing approach to help you take ownership of your life. When working on trauma I will help you make peace with the past and stop allowing it to define your future. Life has a way of knocking us down, but remembering that we have the power to get back up is what makes all the difference.
