About My Clients
Individual therapy can help if you’re struggling and want to improve your mental health and wellbeing. I’ll support you in building healthy, impactful coping skills as you work towards finding peace and confidence in who you are and how you navigate the world and life’s many challenges. I am a licensed therapist with experience supporting clients struggling with anxiety, perfectionism and burnout. As well as folks managing eating disorders or navigating issues around identity.

I take a collaborative and person centered approach to support my clients in therapy. I believe that our individual beliefs help us to make meaning of what happens in our lives and how we respond or make meaning in the world. They are a valuable source of strength and an important part of who we are. I respect the beliefs my clients hold and invite my clients to identify how these beliefs can support the therapeutic process.
