About My Clients
I am passionate in supporting Latinx, immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQ+. I work with people who would like support in trauma, grief/loss, inner-child work, stress, anxiety, depression, acculturation, parenting stress, and relationship challenges. My therapeutic work is inclusive, and honors all sexual orientations, gender identities and expressions, race and ethnicities, nationalities, cultures, religions and faiths, bodies and abilities.
My Background and Approach
As a holistic therapist, I believe that tuning into our whole body provides information on unprocessed feelings and trauma, and, is vital for the journey of healing. I believe in the healing of the mind and body. My passion is in meeting you were you are at in your journey, and discover ways where you feel empowered in your growth. My priority is for you to feel safe, heard, and lovingly challenged to see within.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe in co-creating a sacred space and prioritizing and cultivating a trusting relationship with who I am working with. I believe in the importance of incorporating culture into the therapeutic process.
