I work with teens, adults, couples, and various polycule shapes. As a mixed-race, gender-creative, and queer therapist, I am dedicated to serving BIPOC and mixed-race communities as well as queer-identified folx looking to be witnessed and held in their experiences.
My Background and Approach
My practice is deeply rooted in liberation-based, somatic, and anti-oppressive frameworks. This means my offerings are always an invitation and I center consent and collaboration. As a therapist and a fellow human, I actively invite you (who've you been, who you are, and who you hope to be) to participate in shaping your therapy experience and our relational dynamic. I offer a space of deep listening, witnessing, somatic exploration, dream and nightmare work, integration of ancestral practice, archetypal explorations, etc. to support you as the client in your explorations of self.
