Each therapy is different as we are all unique individuals, but often in therapy we will explore what is challenging you, identify habitual or unconscious stances, and integrate unfelt feelings, prior traumatic experiences, and unexpressed aspects of your personality. My Background and Approach
I believe that our suffering has meaning and that when we can develop a curiosity towards our experience our suffering/unease is often pointing us to things that may be trying to surface in our lives in order to bring more wholeness, well-being, and feeling at home inside ourselves and in the world. I work in a collaborative and open-ended way in order to reach more hidden and unconscious aspects that are connected to your suffering and your well-being. I will ask you to share about your feelings, regrets, fantasies, fears, and dreams. I will bring intuition, warmth, dedication, and humor to our work.
