My practice offers a space where you can speak openly, without judgment. I take the time to work closely with each person to discover the root cause of your problem and how to solve it. I specialize in working with adults an adolescents with dissociative experiences, trauma (PTSD), eating disorders, and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression. My approach to psychotherapy treats each session as a unique and important window into your internal world and the ways that your history and current life impact your existence. My practice looks to help each person develop unique and powerful insight into their current symptoms and problems in living to find a better way to be.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that clinical treatment is at its best when the individual is given the freedom to follow their own path, wherever it leads. This is an approach to psychotherapy as well as an approach to life.
