About My Clients

My ideal client is interested in exploring themselves on a deeper level, are open to putting in the hard work that it takes to heal, and values humor and creativity. While working together your story will be held with respect and reverence. We will work together to bring to light all of the many parts of you. Some seen and others yet to be discovered. I intend to help you work towards integrating all of these parts of yourself to become a more whole and connected person.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist Associate. I integrate my undergraduate studies in Cultural Anthropology and Fine Arts into my work with a Social Work lens. I am LGBTQAI+2S, BIPOC, Neurodiverse, and all abilities affirming as well as Kink and Fat-positive. I focus on utilizing creative approaches, therapies, and techniques to help guide you in your personal healing journey. My specializations include Religious + Cult Trauma and Faith Deconstruction, Jungian techniques and Dream exploration (I am not a Jungian Analyst), Addictions, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism, Experiential Art Therapies, & Intuitive Eating. I approach all of my clients with a trauma informed lens and a recognition that the body and brain are not separate entities. Walk and talks, arts based therapeutic interventions, and Jungian techniques are some of the more creative approaches I offer.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that it is important to bring to light the shadow parts of ourselves that have been repressed. Acknowledging and accepting these parts of us is a key component of becoming more connected to our whole selves. This personal framework is why I believe that Jungian techniques are so important in a therapeutic setting. Regarding the topic of Religious Trauma, Cult Trauma, and Faith Deconstruction, a majority of the clinical world and even the DSM still do not recognize these as a category of need. There are less supports out there regarding these topics due to their intricacy and complex nature to name a few reasons. I believe that it is a necessity to recognize these topics of suffering on a larger scale to grow and provide more healing resources to those who have lived and still are healing from them. I am here to advocate for you and offer a unique perspective that includes lived experience as well as hope and understanding.
