About My Clients
Do you suspect you are autistic or want to explore your neurodivergent or LGBTQI+ identity? Did you experience times in your life where you felt invalidated for who you are or misunderstood? Do you sometimes feel unable to connect with others? Do you experience difficulties navigating life? I specialize in working with clients who have experienced painful messages about themselves and trauma, and are working towards finding balance in their lives, and healthy self-esteem and relationships.
My Background and Approach
You are not alone. I am here to listen, understand you, and support your journey. Whether you are struggling with the past, experiencing autistic burnout, or are learning about neurodiversity, I would be happy to share space with you to explore your experiences and offer support to find balance. I incorporate creative, evidenced- based interventions into sessions. I aim to provide intuitive, non-judgmental care. I enjoy working with the LGBTQI+ community and neurodivergent community to help boost self-esteem, build relationships and increase self-advocacy. I offer individual and group therapy online.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all have parts within us. We all strive for balance within our lives. At times life can present challenges and we lose our balance and parts of us can be extreme where we feel pain and discomfort. I believe that we all have the inner resources to learn and change to become balanced and successful in life.
