About My Clients
I warmly welcome clients committed to becoming better versions of themselves. I support those managing life stressors and transitions, learning to live with grief, navigating anxiety and depression, and unpacking complicated familial relationships. I also work with individuals who feel “stuck” and are contemplating their next steps. I enjoy listening to and learning from my clients’ stories and experiences, creating a collaborative environment for growth and healing. I can’t wait to hear yours!
My Background and Approach
My hope is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, valued, and respected. I aim to be your biggest cheerleader, confidant, accountability partner, and safe space. In our work together, I’ll encourage you to embrace your authentic self—quirks and all! I believe that being true to yourself is essential for personal growth. My role is to support you as you evolve into a more self-aware and confident version of yourself. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences, identifying the barriers holding you back while celebrating your strengths. I want you to feel empowered to take the steps needed to create positive change in your life. This journey is about you, and I’m here to guide you every step of the way, fostering an environment where you can thrive.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe each of us can make a meaningful impact, whether in big or small ways, on someone else's life. Every day, I strive to practice kindness and compassion, even toward those with whom interactions can be challenging—a practice that’s easier said than done. Shirley Chisholm’s words, “service is the rent we pay for living on this earth,” deeply resonate with me. I actively volunteer in my church’s community programs, including music ministry, our annual coat drive, and food outreach for the unhoused. I've also served as a Girls on the Run coach and mentor for first-time college students.
