My Background and Approach
I am a licensed psychologist providing therapy to adults in Minneapolis and the surrounding metro. With over a decade of experience, I combine a seasoned perspective with warmth, humor, and compassion. I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). This lets us take a flexible approach that meets you where you are.
