My goal is to create a safe and welcoming space where you can truly be yourself. You don’t have to hide your feelings or pretend everything is fine when it’s not.
My Background and Approach
Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes we hold onto things from our past that affect our relationships with ourselves and others. Often, we might not even realize it. Together, we can explore your past experiences, understand how they’ve shaped you, and take steps towards healing and growth. As a Latinx and bilingual therapist, cultural sensitivity and competence is something I highly value. I have experience in working with people with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, grief, relationship difficulties, and attachment issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am passionate about helping people figure out why they're hurting, digging into the ideas they grew up with, being kind to themselves, and understanding how their feelings, thoughts, and actions affect their relationships with themselves, their close partners, and the world.
