About My Clients
My main goal is getting my client to be mindful and present in the here and now as a lot of people’s mind are in the future or the past. When we are focus on the future or the past, we miss out on our current experiences and can lead to depression or anxiety. By training your mind to focus on what is currently going on his a difficult challenge but not impossible. I provides tools for my clients to practice staying present and realize the connection between their thoughts and their actions.

My approach is a Acceptance and Commitment Therapy from a humanticis approach. I meet the client where they are at and also challenge the client in areas that will be beneficial for the outcome of the client.
