I help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed with worry, fear, perfectionism, and overthinking. I want to help you understand the source of your fear and dread, so that you can heal and rise above it to live more freely and joyfully. I also help couples who are dealing with a wide variety of relational issues. My Background and Approach
I'm trained in a systems approach that takes into account not only your present circumstances but your environment, family, and past to help you understand what makes you uniquely you. We will use that insight to find a way forward through your challenges, both individually and in relationships. I work with couples using Gottman Method as well as Emotion Focused Therapy techniques to hone in on the vicious cycles you feel stuck in, to identify and move past those and forward into open communication, honesty, and trust. I also use Prepare Enrich to help lay a solid foundation for couples wanting premarital counseling.
