I originally obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree in English and spent 2.5 years living in Spain teaching English to elementary school students. I spent some time living in the PNW before answering my calling as a therapist. I am an eternal seeker, and I appreciate the beauty found in the written word, nature, all forms of art, and self-expression.
I believe we are all inherently good, worthy, and valuable because we are all human beings. I am inclusive, advocate for social justice, and am LGBTQIA+-affirming. I appreciate and recognize the unique identities, experiences, social constructs, and systems that form the lens we each view our personal reality from.
In my spare time, I love to write poetry, watch movies, walk around in nature, spend time relaxing in my hammock, do karaoke, and go see live music.
