About My Clients
Many clients who work with me are ready for their relationships to heal and their sexual lives to improve. They notice that they are stuck in the same unhealthy and unproductive patterns in their relationships or dating experiences. They feel motivated to improve their confidence and pleasure with intimacy, but they feel stuck in how to reach these goals on their own. I can help to identify the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that are standing in the way of your relationship and sexual health.
My Background and Approach
I believe sex and relationships are the ultimate culmination of connection and vulnerability. This gives them the potential to be a source of actualization, despair and everything in between. I have found that my life purpose is to help others tap into the positive end of that spectrum of potential. Our sessions together will be a space to ask all the questions you have about topics that are often accompanied by a lot of doubt, fear, and discomfort before comfort, excitement and curiosity. Though I was drawn to the mental health field to specifically work through the lens of sex and relationships, I have found overtime that my work with clients often centers around cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion. It thrills me to watch these two essential tools allow my clients to lean into their authentic selves from an inner source of confidence.
