My Background and Approach
I use a blend of evidence-based approaches, including Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, to empower clients in forming new neural connections that support growth and resilience. While anxiety is a natural and essential part of human evolution, our response to the fight, flight, or freeze mechanism greatly influences how we feel in the moment. Together, we can explore these responses and develop healthier ways to navigate them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m a passionate animal lover and proud pet parent to three rescued dogs who bring endless joy and meaning to my life. Traveling and exploring new places energize me—my husband and I make it a goal to visit a new country every year. I’m also a yoga enthusiast and practice mindfulness daily, which helps me stay grounded and balanced. Whether I’m in the desert, rainforest, or my own backyard, I feel my best when I connect with nature and embrace its calming beauty.
