There’s a part of you that craves to reconnect with yourself and get to the core of your emotions but maybe you’re unsure and scared of what that might look like. I want you to know that you are not alone in this feeling!
My Background and Approach
I would describe my style as unstructured, collaborative, go-with-the-flow, and conversational. I use a relational and attachment lens combined with somatic therapy. My favorite part of being a counselor is getting to know you and forming a geniuine bond that cultivates a rich environment for healing. In our work together, I emphasize exploring your strengths, values, and authentic self!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
The most important and favorite thing for me as a counselor is getting to know you. I love getting to know each of my clients and forming a connection that takes the pressure and nerves away. Therapy can be a place you look forward to, a place where being yourself is more than enough, and a place for healing and growth. My approach to therapy is centered around building the relationship you have with yourself and recognizing your role in the relationships around you. I love helping you recognize and reconnect with your own strengths and values.
