About My Clients

Have you lost sight of who you are and what you want in life? Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or defeated? Have you thought about starting therapy but taking the plunge feels too vulnerable and scary? I work with clients who sense that change needs to happen but aren’t sure what that means for them or where to begin. Together, we will explore and unravel the roots of your challenges to ease your suffering and connect you to your life worth living.

My Background and Approach

I provide individual therapy for concerns related to anxiety, depression, low self-worth, grief, life transitions, parenting/relationship challenges, and aging. I use an individualized strengths-based approach, utilizing elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and more.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am here to acknowledge and honor your unique life experiences, values, and beliefs. I offer compassionate collaboration and encouragement so you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and facilitate meaningful changes. I strive to create a warm, genuine, forgiving, and empowering connection with my clients so they feel accepted and valued.
