About My Clients

I work with adults and couples navigating transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, grief, or a sense of disconnection. Some clients are questioning their direction or purpose; others are simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Many are used to handling things on their own and may be hesitant about therapy. I offer a grounded, supportive space to explore your experience, reconnect with yourself, and move toward growth and clarity.

How I Can Help You

You may be feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply unsure of your next step. Maybe you’ve been carrying a lot for a long time — and it’s starting to catch up with you. My role is to offer a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to reconnect with what matters most. Before becoming a therapist, I spent two decades in the IT and cybersecurity world — navigating stress, responsibility, and seasons of personal struggle. That journey eventually led me to therapy, and it changed the direction of my life. I now walk alongside others as they pursue growth, healing, and clarity of their own. I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in my work with couples, and humanistic and existential approaches with individuals. I also draw from client-centered and trauma-informed perspectives. Clients often describe my style as calm, steady, and deeply respectful. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

My Values as a Therapist

I believe that every person carries inherent worth, and that therapy should be a place where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely understood. I meet each client with openness, empathy, and a deep commitment to walking alongside them in whatever season they’re in — whether it’s marked by struggle, transition, or growth. As someone who came into this work later in life, I value honesty, humility, and the courage it takes to keep growing. I know what it’s like to reach a point where something needs to shift — and I honor the vulnerability it takes to start that process. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. I care about creating a space where you can feel fully yourself, without pressure or judgment. Outside of the therapy room, I’m someone who finds meaning in the outdoors, thoughtful conversation, and the lifelong journey of personal growth.
