Through Minecraft-based play therapy, kids can express themselves in a familiar, creative environment. With role-playing game therapy, they take on characters, solve challenges, and navigate emotional landscapes in a safe space. These interactive approaches make therapy accessible, fun, and highly effective for fostering growth, connection, and self-expression.

I use somatic therapy to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe and empowering. For many gender diverse folks, the body can be a field of trauma, so we approach this work with great care. Somatic therapy focuses on gently noticing how emotions show up in the body, helping you process past experiences and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. This approach allows us to honor the complexity of your experience while helping you deepen your sense of joy and power
