My practice is for those who are looking for therapy in Brentwood. My clients are families, whom need help with child behavioral issues, who need EMDR therapy in Brentwood , teenagers with anxiety, individuals and couples. Those who need help sorting out life's struggels.
My Background and Approach
I am a Therapist in the Franklin and Brentwood TN area. My therapist office is located in Brentwood, TN. I have worked a lot with teenager depression, teenage anxiety, childhood trauma, and adult trauma. I also do individual and marriage counseling. If you are looking for a counselor for your teenager, as an individual or for relationship issues send me a text or give me a call. I also have my MBA, R.N and B.S. with a focus in ABA. I have worked in the corporate world for a few years, I was a Director of a Preschool and a Montessori Teacher for many years.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person is an individual and there is not one way to work through an issues. Therapy is a very personal process. I believe it is important to create a sense of safety and trust for all my clients. I believe this is their journey it is important that I take the back seat and follow the clients lead.
