About My Clients
My clients come with anxiety, panic, posttraumatic stress or trauma symptoms. They learn to calm anxious thoughts, panic symptoms, and improve sleep. My clients have learned solutions for long standing conflict in relationships. Clients who have a trauma history understand their symptoms are in self preservation, and something is generally wrong with what happened in the trauma, not with them. My clients seek long lasting change.
My Background and Approach
As a provider in the field since 2006, I have substantial experience helping clients learn new skills for managing stress, anxiety and trauma symptoms. My clients tend to have improved functionality including sleep, employment and in their relationships after our work together. Everyone is unique. I do not use one specific therapy tool. I use a variety of tools and cater therapy to each person depending on individual needs or preference. I offer both in person and telehealth sessions. It takes courage to reach out. I offer a complimentary consultation to meet me and to answer any questions you may have. I return ALL phone calls and emails within 24 hours, and I'm happy to help.
