I have worked with young adolescents for years in the education field as a teacher and lead mentorship programs for teens. Being a teenager in today's world can feel overwhelming and stressful. Navigating emotions and relationships may feel awkward and scary. Let me help you understand your emotions, learn how to build healthy relationships and lean in to the confident version of you.

Anxiety can hinder your from taking the next step forward, and negative thoughts can keep you paralyzed. I would love to help you combat negative thoughts so that they do not have a hold on you. I provide tools and resources to help you become emotionally regulated, and to see the best version of yourself.

We all go through many life transitions. Sometimes those transitions can bring stress and anxiety and you may need support. As someone who has gone though many life transitions, I can help you navigate where you are now, where you are headed and how to gain clarity and confidence as you move into the next stage of life.

As a first generation Nigerian-American, connecting two cultures was not always easy. I often experienced the world through the lens of difference. As a culturally sensitive therapist, I value bringing in your culture and the narratives around what makes you who you are. No one of my clients is "one-size-fits-all". It is important that therapy is a place where you can truly bring all of yourself into the room.

I have trained in EFT and worked with couples experiencing extreme distress and have felt stuck. Using EFT, I will help you identify the negative cycle, and learn how to communicate your needs in healthy, productive ways.
