About My Clients
Clients come to me in need of a professional who can relate to their experiences, and help guide and develop their thought process and decisions. My clinical work has equally been with adolescents and adults on restructuring thoughts and behaviors, developing healthy and nurturing relationships, learning new skills to minimize the impact of distressing situations, building self-confidence, enhancing self-awareness, and finding or rediscovering purpose.
