I am a kink-informed therapist. I hold a non-judgmental space for clients to explore and be curious about different ways in which they feel pleasure and arousal and in different relationship structures.

I was lucky enough to intern at a mood and anxiety disorder clinic where we were trained to use ACT and used it everyday as a beneficial part of the curriculum.

Having a background in philosophy in my undergrad, existentialism was an immediate interest of mine. As I moved through grad school, every free moment was filled with the works of Irvin Yalom and Viktor Frankl. I will sit with you and we together can explore the 4 tenants of existentialism and how the way you interact with them may be affecting your day-to-day life and relationships with others and yourself.

I was lucky enough to be trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in my first year of practice. Whether you are experiencing a new anxiety or an old phobia, we will work together to slowly learn how you can experience freedom from the overwhelming fears that keep you from living the life you want to live.

I find that often the combination of Existential therapy and Mindfulness CBT can work together from different angles for a more holistic approach to getting to the root of what may be activating your anxiety, whether it is a daily occurrence or attacks.

I create a safe space built on non-judgment in order for clients to freely explore what they believe may bring them greater satisfaction both inside the bedroom and possibly outside of it as well.

A belief I hold dearly in all life is that each person has a right to their own autonomy and this belief comes through in my work as a person-centered therapist. I work to make sure you get to work on what you want to work on in a way that feels most comfortable to you. I look to you for guidance in what you are wanting to explore and do not see myself as an expert on your life.
