My clients are motivated for positive change and put the work in to reap the fruits of their labor. My clients want to change their lives for the better - I am here to help guide them along their path. Reaching out to a therapist can be daunting, my hope is to ease that process through a non-judgmental free 20-minute consultation over the phone or zoom. These are free and are in no way binding! My Background and Approach
It's okay not to know exactly what you want out of therapy. My job is to help you cultivate the ability to communicate with your inner being and essence to understand yourself more. Through this process your needs and goals will become apparent and we will create a plan for how to move forward. Therapy is not easy, it is hard work. As an EMDR and CBT therapist, I pride myself in seeing the whole person beyond just the 'issue' that they are coming to therapy for. We don't live in Vaccums, we are part of circles and communities. These environments have a real effect on our well-being. EMDR and CBT are great tools in unlocking our inner potentials and moving through difficulty. I strive to create a non-judgmental space for real growth to occur.
