About My Clients
I have experience and expertise working in community mental health that includes children, adolescence and adults. I work with individuals that struggle with depression, anxiety, stress, mens issues, grief, anger issues, marital counseling, spirituality, relationship issues, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
It is not always easy to take the first steps beginning your therapeutic journey toward creating a life you desire. I am here to help guide you on this journey through my experience and education to help you become the best version of yourself, the version of yourself that you want. I will work with you to help identify stressors in your life, strengths you have, and attainable goals you would like to reach through a collaborative process and person-centered counseling, moving at your pace and no one else’s. Whether you are an individual or couple, I am here through the beginning, middle and end of this therapeutic journey you have decided to embark on. I obtained my masters degree through Azusa Pacific University in Clinical psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy (MFT). Through my extensive work in community mental health, I have worked with a variety of populations.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a strong advocator of self-care and individual wellness. I enjoy working out, training martial arts, yoga, and HIIT training. I believe in a strong body-mind connection for self-care and wellness.
