About My Clients
Are you finding your self constantly worrying about food? Do you often struggle with guilIt about your eating? Do you avoid going to social events and struggle with body image shame? Do you find yourself emotionally eating in the evenings and feel ashamed and out of control? My main focus in therapy is to help clients move towards their goals, reduce anxiety and stress, and to get out of autopilot and start living again.
My Background and Approach
Whatever your goals are (or if you're not sure what your goals are), I'm here to figure it out (and point out when you're judging yourself harshly in the process). I have experience with a variety of interventions that I integrate based on the needs of each client. I believe it is important to discover what works best for you and what you find helpful during this process.
