Dale has over 30 years of mental health experience. He provides combined therapy and medications for the treatment of depression. He also treats anxiety, PTSD/trauma, OCD, panic disorder, bipolar disorder and sleep issues/insomnia.
Dale treats both child and adult ADD/ADHD. He often meets adult clients who present for ADHD treatment for the first time in adulthood. In all medication management appointments, Dale spends time getting to know his patients and works with them on behavioral and cognitive interventions to deal with situational issues that may come up. CBT is often a useful modality for challenging maladaptive core beliefs and behaviors.
