My Background and Approach
I provide a safe space to work collaboratively to understand the full picture of your concerns, then determine which tools would best serve you to help address your current needs. Empathetic to your needs, I remain direct and objective while addressing negative experiences and creating a path to resilience and comfort. Services are strictly via telehealth on a user friendly HIPAA-compliant platform. I am available weekday evenings and some weekends; please see below to schedule your complimentary 15-min meet and greet.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I make it a priority to be inclusive and understanding of different communities, cultures, and identities that make life so much richer and diverse. I participate in marches and community actions that support BLM and the LGBTIQQ community. I am interested in international issues. I do not discriminate against anyone and make it a point to be always open to learning about your unique identity.
