I come to my therapist chair with experience creating safe & brave spaces for people of all walks of life to learn and grow since 2010. My clinical experience includes work with adults, teens, couples, and families, utilizing peer-reviewed modalities like Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, and other science-backed techniques.
My purpose as a therapist is to extend the compassion, curiosity, and acceptance you are worthy of as a wonderfully complex fellow human.
In session, you would notice gentle exploration of situations, compassionate attention to your experience, and space to become familiar with your mind's and body's reactions. I aim to integrate knowledge and awareness of our physical, mental, and emotional being to strengthen my clients sense of confidence and worthiness.
