About My Clients

Navigating the day-to-day challenges of life can be difficult, causing you to feel stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, and, at times, even frightened. You may send yourself messages of inadequacy, blame, unworthiness, or failure. Therapy can help you begin to open up a space for transformation by working through your difficulties, allowing you to get in touch with your inner self and make meaningful changes that will help to restore a sense of balance.

My Background and Approach

As a therapist, my practice focuses on helping clients feel at ease as they challenge limitations to uncover the wisest and most nurturing parts of themselves. With an emphasis on transparency and collaboration, together we'll explore the emotions and experiences that shape who you are and dismantle the behaviors and beliefs that no longer serve you. Relying on my background and extensive training in mindfulness, my goal is to help you live with a greater sense of confidence, self-compassion, and clarity. Central to our work will be the development of meaningful self-reflection strategies tailored to your unique strengths and interests. I'll invite you to welcome each part of yourself with openness and gratitude and encourage you to make peace with your past missteps and shortcomings. I hope that through our work together, you'll move beyond your comfort zone and experience the rewards of living in a way that honors your values and fosters deeper self-awareness.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that our potential for growth is unlimited; that how we engage with the world around us is a reflection of our past, present, and in-progress selves. I believe that we have neither "good" parts nor "bad" parts, only parts that long to be heard; that when we are at our best, these parts function in harmony. I believe that what you share is meaningful simply because it is part of your story; that no victory is too small to celebrate and no wound too big to heal. I am an advocate for lifelong learning, self-inquiry, laughter, stillness, creativity, healthy boundaries, and deep connection. I value quality over quantity and imperfection over unrealistic standards. With a special interest in the mind-body connection and training in nutritional integrative medicine, I am continually seeking new ways to rest, recharge, nourish myself, and stay active. I hope to share these interests and more with you through our work together. If you think we'd be a good match, reach out today!
