As a treatment team member at Evergreen Psychotherapy Center, I have in depth knowledge of the complexities and challenges adoptive families face. My training and my empathetic approach aid me in helping children and parents heal attachment disruptions.

Attachment is the neurological, biological basis of how we connect and relate to one another. I utilize an attachment-focused lens with my clients to explore family of origin issues/patterns, increase connection and attunement, and heal relational wounds.

I have extensive training in Corrective Attachment Parenting (CAP), a parenting approach designed to strengthen attunement and connection between parents and traumatized children.
