[I am a Brain Injury Survivor myself]
I practice Acceptance Commitment Therapy with individuals working through relationship difficulties. (Including relationships with coworkers, family, and romantic relationships/marriage/separation/dating/divorce.) My approach involves working with individuals to assist them define, purpose, value, and intention - which can assist with communication, behavior, and working on whether or not a specific relationship is something they want - in correlation with beliefs, purpose, and life goals.
Anxiety can vary depending on situations and individuals. If you are experiencing/experience anxiety, my aim is to help you identify triggers and find appropriate grounding techniques. Feel free to call me for a free consult.
My primary approach is Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) - and I have multiple trainings in using ACT working with anxiety, grief, depression, and stress. I also apply ACT when working with people experiencing insomnia.
Difficulty with a relationship? You are NOT alone. I work with individuals experiencing relationship issues - whether that be in marriage, dating, family, or coworkers in the work environment. Together we will collaborate regarding communication, boundary setting - and ways relationships are working/or not working aligned with YOUR life goals, purpose, and values.
