About My Clients
My specialties include supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD symptoms, recent life transitions, difficulties developing/maintaining healthy relationships, and struggles with self-worth and body image. My goal is to aid clients in processing their personal thoughts, feelings, and perspectives, while equipping them with helpful coping strategies along the way.
My Background and Approach
I have a decade of experience working in the mental health field. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spelman College. I work diligently to implement treatment modalities specific to each client’s needs. I bring authenticity, empathy, and knowledge into the therapeutic space in order to meet individuals where they are and equip them with the tools needed to live a dynamic and fulfilling life.

I believe that a safe and secure therapeutic experience can be a catalyst for change, growth, and healing. I believe that everyone deserves a space where they can be seen, heard, and supported.
