I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy for a diverse population. I have worked with clients who are experiencing romantic and peer relationship issues, grief, and problematic sexual behaviors as well as other mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques to help my clients achieve this. My goal is to establish a strong rapport with each client by providing a judgment-free space where we can identify your strengths and work together to meet your goals and build healthy practices.
